Asheville’s Weirbridge Village Groundbreaking

Will feature 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, a resort style pool, a clubhouse, fitness center, media room, gated access and other attractive amenities. The clubhouse is expected to be completed in the fall of 2011 and leasing will commence shortly thereafter. Located at Hendersonville Road and Racquet Club Road on the south side of Asheville, NC.

Museum Recognition Brings Much More

museum-1The North Carolina Museum of Art’s new west building is a 2011 Recipient of the American Institute of Architects annual Honor Awards for Architecture. While the exterior captures surrounding colors with the building’s skin, the coffered vaults of the ceiling bathe the interior with a filtered spectrum of natural daylight.

Downtown Chapel Hill Transforms Today

140 West FranklinThe ceremonial groundbreaking has finally taken place at 140 West Franklin Street Chapel Hill North Carolina. Hailed as a model public private partnership (PPP) with the town ownership putting out to bid a former parking lot. Designed to close up a gap in the way street scene flows, Ram Real Estate Services had the winning proposal which began with a request for qualifications (RFQ) back on December 13, 2004.

North Carolina’s Population Rises 18.5%

The 2010 Official Population Count, that occurs once every decade, was released by the US Census Bureau today. For the purpose of a representative democratic system, Congress will reapportion the House of Representatives, giving North Carolina NO new seats.
