Another 700 acres in one fell swoop

The Chapel Hill Town Council approved a new zoning district for more than 600 acres, a 20-year development agreement for 133 acres, and 3 million square feet of buildings for the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill North Campus.

Another LARGE development that has transit implications for the Triangle. In other metropolitan areas things are stagnant, even depressed, and there is talk of bulldozing large areas WITHIN cities. This region is the shining star economy in the world, but our development patterns are different. If you want to know where the most dense development is going to occur – give us a call.
