The application proposes 96 condominiums dwelling units in several buildings. Vehicular access is proposed from N.C. 54 E. The plan also includes a proposed future public street connection to the adjoining property (UNC Foundation) along the west property line.
The Town has received a request for review of a Concept Plan submittal proposing a multi-family development at 2476 E. N.C. 54. The site is located on the north side of N.C. 54 E. across from Downing Creek Parkway between the U.S. Army Corps Upper Little Creek Waterfowl Impoundment Area and Barbee Chapel Road.
The 5.8-acre site is located in the Residential-1 zoning district, the Resource Conservation District, and the Watershed
Protection District. The site is identified as Durham County Parcel Identifier Number 9798-03-94-6008.
The Chapel Hill Town Council will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, in the Council Chamber of Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
