Wolf’s Den Natural Area in Durham

In the urban part of Durham known as southside, south central, hillside, Hayti, NCCU, CC Spaulding Elementary School there is a hidden historic natural area. So today I will begin describing this area as well as suggest urban planning designs for its protection and benefit for the community. This place got its name because of the legend of an old man living in a cave with a pack of dogs. From the maps you’ll see it labeled as “Place For Picnics” near M. A. Angier’s Farm, whom I believe was a former mayor.

Builders – Get Away From Single Family Now

The Decade of Calamity by Arthur C. Nelson, professor of city and regional planning at the University of Utah, one of the nation’s most prescient housing market researchers, says the worst is yet to come. Charlotte Growth Patterns
Though you may not be able to tell by viewing our website, a lot has been happening lately. We have been gathering a ton of data for our reference library.

Here is one example of the kinds of things that I like to collect. A very interesting map of the Charlotte area that describes how the metropolitan regions grow.

Having a good looking map is not enough though – you need expert analysis, data, and quality interpretations to go along with it. If you want to make the best investments in all types of real estate, especially your next home, please do yourself a favor and just give us a call or send us a message first, we’ll be glad to help.

We Can Tell You How This Can Happen

By looking at the front of the house – would you ever guess the price? What real estate crises – right?

Well it is possible – Location is everything.

A lot of money was put into fixing up the inside. But I don’t know anything about this project, I only received the solicitation from a fellow Broker. I tend to do a little more work on the outside as well. I wonder what they paid for it to begin with – I know how to find that out of course.  The point is, that if you still want to make money in real estate – please us a professional adviser – one that knows how to do a lot of research – before you even go out looking.

We Know Location

SKETCH Construction 1993 Flashback

I was driving around looking for work one snowy day in January 1993, when I came across 2 older gentleman working down in a creek. Knowing that this did not look quite right, I got out and started asking questions. Sure enough their contractor had quit on them shortly after beginning work, and they were left in a lurch. The rest is history – I got to build a signature structure in my beloved Chatham County – hopefully a long history.
